Advanced Seed Bentgrass Dominant X-Treme

Dominant X-Treme is a blend of elite new generation super bentgrasses. It has high performance all year round, superior seedling vigour and fast recovery. It's uniform turf provides high putting quality. Recommended for fine turf surfaces such as golf/bowling greens as well as in overseeding older poor performing varieties.

COOL SEASON grasses are at their best during the spring and autumn periods and will maintain green colour with irrigation in hotter months.

Sowing Rate:

New Sowing: 1kg per 100m2

Oversowing Existing Lawn: Use approximately half new sowing rate

Starter Fertiliser: Use KickStart Starter Fertiliser to ensure successful germination.

Optimum Soil Type is Sandy Loam. A good seed bed is the key to a great lawn.

This seed has a germination enhancing coating.

Optimum Sowing Temperature: Between 15 and 25 degrees Celsius.

Recommended sowing in AUTUMN and SPRING

Germination Time:

In Optimal Conditions you may see germination in 21 days. Note: When sowing out of season this can take longer. Allow 2 months for establishment before the onset of Autumn in Southern States or before any significantly cooler weather.

Watering:

*During the first 30 days watering may be necessary 3-4 times a day. Seed should not be allowed to dry out.

All lawns need water in dry periods. Irrigation is required.

Mowing:

First mow: When well established at around 40-50mm height.
